This guy looks like he knows what he's doing |
Well its been a very
relaxing 5 days resting here in Celestino Gasca. Our daily routine
has been up early and take our morning coffee down by the beach to
watch and coach the surfers. They are entertaining to watch, even
though some of them are still making rookie mistakes.
Cathie and I have the room on the left ;-) |
After coffee it's back
to the suite to make breakfast. Yes we are staying in a suite here at
Villa Celeste, in Celestino Gasca. Taffy had to go into the shop in
Mazatlan, so the four of us are sharing a suite. It's very nice with
the air conditioned bedroom, large fridge, full bath etc.
OK, back to our daily
routine, after breakfast we do some reading, answer emails, go for a
swim or just relax by the pool.
Before we know it, it's game time. We play a card
game or two in the afternoon and or evening. So far there hasn't been
any professional medical attention required from our games,
but its been close.
Very competetive games. Usually we are friends after.
We also enjoy watching the sunset..... right around sunset time. It sinks into the Pacific Ocean and we think this has something to do with keeping the water so warm for swimming.
Last night we walked to town and back, and had a very
delicious fish dinner. The restaurant is at a family's home, with
tables and chairs in the front yard and a wood fired stove in the
back.
Well manana en la
manana we start our drive north. The plan is to make Calgary in four
days, so those of you following on the spot page will see some
exciting dots on a map. Don't forget to use satellite view to see all
the action.
Thanks for following
the blog, its nice to have a few readers and we also enjoy the
comments.
Hasta Luego
Tres Amigos.
